We do not offer refunds on change of mind. If there is an issue with the quality of your order we will gladly offer you an exchange.

 

Exchange Policy

ALL ORDERS STARTING 31st May 2023 WILL BE CHARGED AN EXCHANGE FEE OF INR 99 IN CASE AN EXCHANGE REQUEST IS RAISED. To avoid exchange please read the size chart carefully before placing your order. 

We do offer one time exchange for wrong sizes or quality issues, contact us via email at support@graffitee.club to arrange a size swap
Our courier service will take care of the exchange process. 

Important: Please do mention your Order ID when sending an Email for exchange.

We have a 7-day exchange policy from the date you receive your order:

  • You can opt for a size exchange, provided the requested size is in stock.

OR

  • You can exchange it with the other product priced equal or higher, you will need to pay extra/ leftover amount in case you choose to exchange your purchase with a product priced higher.

 

STEPS TO FOLLOW WHEN RAISING AN EXCHANGE:
STEP 1: Send us an email within 7 business days of receiving the package on support@graffitee.club. If the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted for a return / exchange.

STEP 2: Our team will revert with an email confirming the return / exchange.
STEP 3: Pack the garment in its original packaging and hand it over to our delivery partner when requested.
